I started Atkins yesterday and entered my food into FatSecret. I now realize that my super-sized chocolate shake (almond milk, cacao powder, almond butter, avocado, and stevia) that I thought would be an almost legal "cheat" put me way over my 20 carb limit. Yikes! I will have to learn to tone that down if not eliminate it altogether.
