Well, I've been feeling worse the last few days so I finally went to the doctors and it seems I have developed bronchitis that is bordering on pneumonia. I've had to hold with the Atkins for now. I am drinking a lot of fluids but really not able to eat much. I'll resume as soon as this goes away or at least gets better than it is at the moment.
I haven't felt this horrible in a long time...
