Yesterday, I had a very good diet/exercise day. I'm a calorie counter (no keto or anything else) so I consumed 787 calories (I try to stay under 1000) and burned 606 on the elliptical however this morning I was one pound heavier! What gives?! I am bit frustrated but gotta push past it and not give up. I'm going try something different today and have most of my calories in the morning for breakfast instead of at dinner. Hopefully this will make a difference. Breakfast was 457 calories.
