Sunday morning weigh in...down 2.2 pounds. Halfway to my mini goal. Need to lose 10 pounds by March 1st. That will put me at 240...haven't seen that number in a long time!

I've been known to stall for 4 days in a row JKS.
Main goal is 210. Every month I'm going to set mini goal...10 pounds each month till I hit 210. After that I need to see if I'm going to go lower. Would like to get my body fat down to 15%.
