I picked up Brian from the airport today and I'm so glad he's back! I know it was only 2 weeks this time but he just got back in February after a 6 month deployment so I really did miss him. After, I had my doctor's appt. and they weighed me in at 157.0 so I'm still at the same weight and that's ok. Just gotta work out and eat right. the weight will continue to fall off in time. Ill go wash my car and then walk to the grocery store (21 minutes round trip) for my dinner items as additional exercise. Every little bit counts.
