It feels like I have been here once to many times. Falling of the bus and the bus driving over me and reversing to make sure I stay down. But I'm back again and let's see how long this will last this time around. I'm positive and taking day by day.I'm doing this for me, to feel better and look better. Let's hope for the best :)

I know what you mean Karien1987...but look at it this way...anything worth having comes wont always come easy- if it was the whole world would be skinny,lol. You are already winning in the sense that you keep trying and getting back on the wagon. just take a deep breathe...just take it one step at a time, one day at a time and one meal at a time. If you do indulge - don't beat yourself up..just try make the next meal healthier.You have already lost over 10kg...you can do this this plus you have all of us here on FatSecret supporting you:-)
