Have you ever tried ancient grain bread? They say is way better than normal bread, not sure about the calories though but definitely better insulin response

that looks fantastic. poached eggs have always been my favourite. Try making 2 minute microwave almond bread instead of bread or English muffins. I just started making it. it's good. Dense and filling. I haven't mastered toasting it yet but I don't plan on buying regular bread products ever again. Almond or coconut bread is high in protein and very low in carbs. Keep on cookin'.
