I had a crazy day at work - lots of walking. No drinking today - Ate lots of veggies and lots and salad and chicken... too busy to be bored and eating. Feel great about today and my accomplishments... Maybe have a multivitamin some coffee and call it a night... should finish some school - Mostly just feel awesome. See you tomorrow... after the gym.
