Dear Friends, it is a Blue Wednesday. I am very tempted to indulge in the wrong foods. I am feeling very emotional at this time, due to a lot of stress at work for the past week or longer and a spat with the hubby last night. So, we are not on speaking terms and of course I want to turn to food for comfort. Plus it is raining here today, which affects the mood. Pray that I stay strong because I want to face the scales in the morning knowing I did everything I could do. Plus, I feel that I will start seeing more positive results very soon and I don't want to mess that up, to be close and then have to start over.
