Wow! How cool is this!! Until the bad choices I made this weekend I've lost 2-3lbs a week steadily. No more bad weekends! I've decided to keep track of Mondays because it gives me something positive to look at Monday morning. I'll still do my daily weigh ins but it'll be fun to do this for myself too. It definitely gave me a boost today.
