I'm new to fitness I am at 350 pounds and 21 years old. I am trying to find a way to eat more healthy and also to slim down for summer so if ou any pointers let me know

The highfat/lowcarb diet has been what's worked for me. Just dropping my carbs to about 100 and lower per day has really helped.
