Day 2 of my refocus to lose and get in better shape has been good/successful. Scale is already moving down. I need to drink more water. I have not had any yet! :( New Goal: at least 3 bottles or big glasses of water every day for the next 3 days. I'll drink more after that. Just need to get back in the habit!
