I started 2 weeks ago at 189 lbs. Just cutting my calorie intake to no more than 1100 calories a day. I had my first cheat yesterday to the Olive Garden. It was wonderful as I was a fast food junkie before. The gym is also in my routine now 5 days a week. After 3 children I want my body back!
82.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
