Day 24
I haven't journaled much, but I am still here. My weight hasn't changed which in the past would've been discouraging, but one of the things I am noticing is I feel "thinner." Also for now, I am not being tortured with cravings. I will admit to small little voices saying, "wouldn't it be nice to have just a bite of..." But it has been fairly easy to shut it off. I've even collected "keto-friendly" recipes for just incase a sweet tooth hits me. However, I do not want to prepare anything and a wake the horrible beast. I figure if I can say no...no need to give in to dessert like treats.
