Last nights BL was riveting. I hated to see John go, but at least he and James are not falling back into their old habits. I worked out last night and I'm glad I did. How do I get past this half pound that I keep losing and gaining?? I'm staying within my calorie alottment; working out; avoiding sugar; I pull all the crust off the bread of my sandwiches. I don't know. I worked out longer last night hoping that would make a difference. Any advice out there, buddies?
