My weight is up instead of down. I have stayed in my 1500 calories a day except for when I first started. Today is the 4th of April I have been on this plan since 19th of March. Maybe I am not giving it enough time for my body to get used to the lower calorie intake. I may want it too fast. LOL
152.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 71.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
