I have made a lot of important, healthy changes in my life so far this year and I've got my mind set to stay on track. Last night I didn't work out. The reason: my 'slack of duty' in filing and bookkeeping for 2009. I vow to myself to keep all records, receipts and documentation of various denominations in their proper place through December 31, 2010. What was so funny, I got everything (sort of) put away for 2009 - I found 2 more gallon size zip lock bags full of receipts for 2009! It was about 11:45pm and I said I was done for the day. I really can't wait to get back into my room, on my treadmill with my iPod and work up a sweat tonight. I record Biggest Loser on the DVR, so I don't miss a thing. The best of both worlds - exercise AND TV! LOL!!!
