Yay! The fat-burner foods diet is really working - I am already n ketosis and not only did I lose .9 kilos since yesterday, but my husband lost 1.8 kilos! He is in disbelief. Anyway, one day at a time! I walked 4k yesterday too, which must have helped. It's raining today though so I find myself struggling to find the motivation to get outside - but I am aiming at after lunch to get out for a walk.
