I did Ok with my food today only 20 carbs so far but have dinner and 5 more veggie carbs to go. I did eat 3 small sugar free candies not high in carbs but not a good habit for me. And 4
diet sodas don't know why they are so hard to give up. Just a minute ago I enticed I had typed I ate 4 diet sofas. Ii guess that would have been hard even for me to do. I don't know how tto make a diet sofa anyway - no stuffing? I read a buddy's s heartfelt cry for help today and it really reminded me how much I want to stay on Atkins for life. I'm have tried so many other plans but for me this has worked the best. I did go back to the carbs for no good reason and regained 35 of the 80. Lbs. I had lost but I am just grateful I kept the rest off. There are so may more important things than those carbs - like staying off dialysis,, keeping my eyesight and limbs,, staying out of a wheelchair, not having a heart attack. This time I have been helping 5. other people do Atkins and it has helped me tremendously. I am vain enough to want to wear size 14' s or even 12's so I can wear some cute clothes but truly what I am doing is saving my life and trying to help others save theirs. Fortunately I have not been too hard on myself about regaining the weight. I just have to learn some things I didn't. Learn last time like how to cook. I am so relieved to be back on ATkins.
