Have been of my diet for months.....between the holidays, and depression about how much I need to lose,It just got to me :-( Trying once again. Gained 23 pounds UGH!
156.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 77.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
