Ok, I was bad over the weekend. Took a 3 day trip to Denver to visit family, ate out every day, it wasn't pretty, but it was good, what can I say. No dessert's though, so I cut back there. Starting the 21 day habit challenge today, will go to the gym after work. No weigh in, I don't want to know what I gained, i want to work it off first. Maybe in a couple of days

I bet Denver is lovely this time of year! It's OK. We are suppose to have a good time! Yesterday's gone with the wind and today is the day you're back on track. You're doing great - don't be afraid to weigh. You don't have to record it if you don't want to, but it let's you know how to tackle it and get back down.
