Ok, I was bad over the weekend. Took a 3 day trip to Denver to visit family, ate out every day, it wasn't pretty, but it was good, what can I say. No dessert's though, so I cut back there. Starting the 21 day habit challenge today, will go to the gym after work. No weigh in, I don't want to know what I gained, i want to work it off first. Maybe in a couple of days
