I have done my exercises three times for at least 30 minutes this week. Unfortunately, i spent the weekend with my daughter, and we went out to dinner and then to see the horse and acrobat show Cavalia (which was amazing. . . do see it if you get the chance!!) I'm sure in a couple of days the forbidden food i ate is going to show up "big" time!! But i'm not giving up. I'm enjoying having this challenge to keep me exercising.
