Woke at 206.2, down 2.4 from yesterday. The water is finally moving out and I'm starting to see Tanita numbers closer to my 199-202 weigh ins of last week. I was starting to worry that I had reset my body somehow to go back to the old numbers! I went to bed at 212.8, so that tells you how many trips to the loo I took overnight! Have a great Sunday! UPDATE: Great day of eating and exercise. Got six miles in, but I also sat a lot as I was working from 6 pm until 1 am. Ate 2000 calories and moved a lot of water. Was very happy with a pre-bedtime 208.2 weigh in, which was down 4.6 from the same time yesterday. Getting back to where I was a week ago.
