What a beautiful day, best day out of the whole week. The weekend is going to be a mixture of rain and sunshine and a little cooler than today.
I Was weighing myself on Mondays when I started my healthy eating. Decided to weigh myself on Fridays from now on. Not that I cheat on the weekends but I usually have a day off and eat what I want and it usually on a Saturday or Sunday. I still log in what I eat everyday. Down 2 more pounds that makes 6 pounds since I first weighed in on Feb 18th.
I do not work out but I really want too, it's just after working 2 jobs I am tired. I have the tread mill out and have walked on it once so far since I started. I tell myself I will get up early and walk before I go to work but I'm not a morning person so I tend to sleep in a little later than I should. I do leg lifts while I'm sitting in my desk chair when no ones around sometimes.
I have a wedding to attend in June and hopefully I am close to my weight goal. It will be nice to see the reaction from my best friend. We haven't seen each other in a few years. I'm going to stay motivated and eat healthy and drink, drink, drink water.
Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Live Well

Hi Hon! Two jobs us always rough, but if you want to be healthier for you and not feel like you are "exercising." Ways to be sneaky about exercise: 1.) take the stairs always! 2.) go to the bathroom on a different floor when possible and see #1 3.) park at the back of the lot 4.) eat your lunch outside on a park bench or while walking that you have packed the night before so it is portable so you can enjoy the fresh air and the movement while you have the break. 5.) add some neck isometrics to those leg lifts and do some tummy rolls and Kegle's at your desk. (If you don't know want a kegle is buddy request me and we'll take this to a thread on my journal so it doesn't clog up the main posts for someone else.) 😲 These can also be done in the car, train, bus... 6.) Meditate at night and do 10 leg lifts to your chest on each leg for 30 seconds and then to the side for 30. Then do back arch flattens where you tighten and hold your tummy muscles tight and groin tight for 30 seconds...repeat 5 or 10 before you meditate to sleep! Sneaky exercise for the day!

Thank you smprowett, these are great ideas some I can take advantage of. I do leg lifts at my desk. Everything is on the main floor so I can't take the steps but I can park further away so I have to walk. I do know what Kegle exercises are. Maybe meditating before bed will help me sleep better. I am always up for some great advice.
