Just bought my first ox of Jillian Michaels Fat Burner. This is not a wonder drug, I need to keep exercising etc. It sounds like its "natural speed" (but not enought to get you jittery). I'll keep you posted. I also picked up some protein bars. I'm focusing more on building muscle. I've been doing cardio, but as I'm turning 45 on 2/8 I need to face that the muscles I had are not the muscles I have today and I need to rebuild a bit to help "build a better furnace" to burn calories.
