Holy crap - my body is not used to feeling hunger. I have been a glutton for so long, I am embarassed to say I forgot what an empty stomach felt like.

Gosh thats not much to eat, sometimes you have to put fuel in for the body to work, like a car - wont run on an empty tank.

I think your right. My brain is fuzzy. I'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow and if I have to, I'll up the calories. I was just getting such quick losses, my plan was to do this for a couple days while i'm motivated and take advantage of it while it lasts. But body seems to be making the decision that it needs more fuel.
