hubby fixed breakfast today and mmmmmm so good, home again today with this cold but I feel alot better today so i believe I will go to work tomorrow.....I think I said that yesterday too! Was very glad to see another small loss on the scale though, so I see now how keeping check with the calories I can still lose even though I can't really exercise normally with this torn mcl and this cold...I have some toning exercises and weight training planned for next week to start...when I can I am going to buy an exercise bike because thats what the orthopeadic doc said I needed the most. ugh! so boring! I'll have to put it front of the TV thats for sure. I hope the red team on the biggest loser 2 challenge are all doing good and all my buddies...stay positive!
