Pleasant surprise - although my weight has been stable, I wore a favorite pair of jeans today and after a few steps they had slid down and started sagging in the crotch from being way too big! 😂 I can also wear a pair of shorts I wore on my cruise when I was about 20 pounds lighter so that's a true sign my body is changing. Just the encouragement I needed! Also in the mirror I'm getting some slight dimples near the top of my stomach and I joked with my family that I have an ab and a half, only 4 and a half to go!
