I'm almost back to my pre-holiday weight. I am really digging the effects of this low-carb diet. I don't feel bloated anymore. I used to feel bloated quite literally all of the time. It was miserable. Now I feel trim and light.
I've also hit the gym 4 times this week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). That's a big accomplishment right there.
For those of you going to the gym to workout, mind sharing your routine? I've been doing 20-45 minutes of cardio(Arc Trainer) followed by ab work on a mat and weight training. I'm not using free-weights yet but I have learned how to use most of the machines. I push myself to try a new machine every week. I'd love to hear what's working for you and what isn't.

For me, weight training is where I see fat loss. Sometimes that is all I do for the whole workout - lift weight, Dumbbells, my own body weight (pushups, squats,etc) because any muscle increase will push the metabolism to work harder and burn more calories overall. Cardio feels good but doesn't help me lose fat.
