I'm sorry for people that feel so insignificant they have to do their best to appear to be controlling other people. But I can laugh and go on about my day because I am here, on track and feeling good about myself! I opted to stay off the treadmill last night. My neck and head was hurting. I think the change in weather is affecting my allergies, but I'm OOOO-KAAAY!
