I love boiled eggs too. They provide good nutrition, can be cooked in advance and cleanup is easy...

As a kid I used to have soft-boiled eggs mashed with butter if I was ill. Loved it!

I just used my steamer to do my eggs. Those look good. I peel them when they are still warm and the shell seems to come off better than when they are cold from the fridge.
