Yesterday I completed my hybrid Water Fast Day #11 I had only dinner with bone broth and a tbsp of Coconut Oil. Today I feel much better but my sleep didn't improve yet, despite the 3 pills of melatonin that I took last night. I'm guessing there's no remedy for the lack of sleep during a Fast. I'm planning on refeeding now but slowly since I would like to con6a sort of a fast till Saturday if I can...or at least avoid carbs for few days. BF = 24.3% BMI = 20.0 My ketosis this morning is still on high traces at 80mg/dL - so still burning fats which is good. Today is an important day for me and I hope I'll have the strength to perform at my best! Happy Wednesday everyone fellows fs!!
