finally - i am back to 117.8. this means what i am doing is working!!

i really watched my calories intake as well as exercise everyday. I am feeling that i am getting stronger and leaner!
53.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
