Woke at 203.4, down 1.2 from yesterday. Not a bad result considering a trip to Chili's, some chocolate, and some Halo Top yesterday. Meeting friends out for dinner tonight at a great restaurant (Elkridge Furnace Inn) that our family loves. The hotel I'm staying at is actually only 10 minutes away and we normally need to make a special one hour trip! So saving some calories for that, but Denise brought me up four hard boiled eggs for breakfast! Have a great day! UPDATE: Took a nice 3.5 mile walk outside this afternoon as it was 70 degrees. Felt great! Enjoyed a super four course dinner at one of our favorite places. The chef came by a few times and at the end, insisted that he treat us to a dessert, so the four of us shared wonderful fresh berry cobbler. I weighed in not 20 minutes later, so I ended up at 207.4 for the day. Will be lower in the morning!

You sound great Bill. Going out for a meal proves how strong your body is becoming now after your operation. This is a great day in my book. Just seen your selfie and I wondered what was going through your mind just at that moment. I wonder whether you realised that the image you were just taking will give us all hope and inspiration - to be strong in our own efforts to succeed our own goals. Thank you dear Buddy for allowing us this precious insight to your life over that last few weeks. For me, I've gone to sleep with you in my thoughts and woke up in the morning wondering about your results and how you are feeling. Sure to form, you've kept us informed on a daily basis. More than that you spent time and sent us those awesome pics of the food you were eating. It's truly been an wonderful narrative 😒🎆🎇🎉🎊
