It was a hard weekend since it was my birthday weekend and I didn't eat like I should have all weekend. I still lost 1 pound, but thinking how much could I have lost if I would have stuck to my diet plan.

It's getting easier to use this program and I get curious on old food I used to eat how many calories and carbs I really ate. Boy was I surprised, sometimes I over ate my carbs/calories and other times I under ate. Lots of times I didn't eat breakfast and only had a sandwich for lunch with only drinking coffee and then at supper ate a regular meal of meat, vegetable and starch with no fruit. I can see now that I was not getting my required amount of fruit, vegetables, protein and starch along with water intake.

So for the two weeks I have been on this diet I have lost a total of 3 pounds. I have a wedding in June so hopefully in 3 months I will have lost 1/2 to 3/4 of the weight. Live Well!
