Starting out is hard. I haven't really seen much weight come off in the last few weeks, but I am determined to make it happen. Really wish I didn't have such a crazy work schedule, I feel like working nights and not getting enough sleep is keeping me from losing weight. Don't know why that would be exactly, but just feels like it.
