Well, I can see that it's time to get back on the horse. I've regained the weight that I worked so hard to lose, so it's like starting from scratch. The good thing this time is it seems as though my husband is also going to be dieting, so that will make this easier. I can feel this extra weight in my back, knees, and legs. I got Zumba for our Wii for Christmas, and hubby got me Zumba 2, so i'll be starting those soon, also.

Here goes nothing!!

Obviously the food that I have had today is probably NOT the best way to start, but it does not leave me with much left for the day, either. I'll Learn!!!

Lots of stress right now that we are going through. I'm trying to help a couple of friends out, wannna get our bills caught up, and we are raising a teenage daughter and pre-teen son - those are challenging in themselves. I've just gotta find a better way to deal with stress rather than always turning to food.
