hubbys weight: 89.7 one last record in before Serious Sam time! We binged out last night on junk watching movies, a previous bad habit we are slipping back into. I've been cooking more complex dishes lately, and quite a few curries which I feel lead to us eating more, then craving treats.
Game Plan: Follow the calorie density approach and keep meals simple.
Salad with no oil home-made dressings, baked potato topped with home-made vegan cheese sauce/salsa and banana ice-cream desserts for the week!
To break the tv munchies habit I think I will challenge my hubby to some online card games and see if I can possibly entice him to walk the dog with me.
Sounds good in theory, lets hope we do it. ( i know we will, cause its actually yummy and filling)
