What are you eating? Is it the same thing over and over again? If it is change up your foods. The body gets bored processing the same day in day out. Are you using frozen meals/Carb cravers everyday for lunch? Limit those if you are. Do you feel that you are retaining water? Use hot lemon water, 1/4 lemon to 1 cup hot water. I know others have used 2 grapefruits per day or 4 oranges per day for Take Off, plus the two Lite bars a day. I hope this helps.
