That looks like a lot of chewing! Chewing more is a lot more satisfying than eating a fried egg that takes no time at all to consume.

yeah exactly @diehard3 :) one of my big pb is that i eat too fast so i tried to fill the box with good thing in small cut to make it long

Imagine you are sitting down to eat with someone you really admire. That will make you slow down and try to look good as you eat.
