In dire need of words of encouragement! It is that TOTM and I have fallen off the wagon. All common sense has gone out the window. I REALLY need to get back on track before I do any serious damage. If I start this morning I should be ok by weigh in. Somebody ... I am bent over ... please kick me in the butt! :o

Sending you lots of words of encouragement!! Just keep looking at what you have achieved so far... that graph is really looking fabulous there! We're all so proud of you. ;o) So just get back on track today... you CAN do it and still have a great result by weigh-in. Just realised that it's totm for me too... so even more amazed that I still lost 1lb and haven't been craving everything that I shouldn't eat! Know it's hard though, as I do it myself. But were here cheering for you... and will send you a nice kick up the butt! lol You go girl... you're doing fantastic! :o)

your graph is in a downward spiral...what your going thru this week just last a week or alittle longer..you can get past that...just keep focused and remember that you can do this...you have learned what you can an cant eat, so just set your mind to what your goal is and try the best you can to stick with it...you can do this...

Maybe it's the time change...maybe it's the time of year. Who knows? I am feeling the same way. You are doing so well! Like above statement, your graph is going down so whatever you're doing, keep doing it! Hang in there and you'll get through this feeling! Alot of people are rooting for you!

Thanks alot everyone! Your encouragement means so much! I don't want to follow the same path I have in the past, lose some weight, then self destruct! Off to eat some Bran Cereal for breakfast and kick my butt to the gym. ;)

Sounds like your last weekend and mine were pretty similar. I'm with you, though. I am ABSOLUTELY NOT going to post a gain at weigh-in this week. Whatever it takes for the next 4 days we are going to do it - Are you with me, girl?!?!

Don't kick yourself to hard....you'll be ok...we all have fallen off from time to time...just get right back on...you can do it...you have a real good chart......Good Luck to you
