Figured a few of you may be wondering about me so wanted to give a little update.
I've been MIA for awhile and don't have a good reason. Sure, lots of things have been going on but mostly I've just been feeling beat down and struggle to get my head back in the game. Lately carbs have snuck into my cart and sweets creeped into my cupboards. I seems I allow myself one treat and it spirals out of control.
My weight is up from my last recorded here but overall it looks like I'm down 4 pounds for February so that's a win.
Started fresh yet again Monday. Hitting the gym 3 this week and next. I've worked up to running at 5mph and my trainer noticed and sent me an email which made me feel fantastic! Adding some Premier protein shakes into the mix as well.
Hoping for a strong month ahead!
