Tried cauliflower sandwiches. Cauliflower replaced bread. It was delicious. Rice a head of cauliflower, Mix in 2 eggs. Scoop 1 large ice cream scoop into frying pan. Fry both sides until brown. Lay cheese or cheese and ham on one and cover with hot side of other. Makes a little over 8 sides. I used Swiss cheese and American cheese with deli sliced ham. Hubby both loved it. Don't see why it wouldn't work with hamburger too. 214 calories

Great idea, I need to try that. I love cauliflower but DH is not a big fan, so I need to be inventive.
