I've spent over a month just hovering around the same weight. I think I figured out a combination of exercise, food and a psychological mind set that broke the hover.I;m so glad I didn't give up hope. I just kept trying different things.
As a side effect of what I'm doing, a great deal of the "bad" pain in my body has subsided. It seems most of the discomfort now is just some soreness from the extreme exercise program. I'm doing P90x for an hr a day and a variety of other exercises for another 30min to an hr a day. Boy, I'll tell you, it's a good thing I like exercising.lol
Anyway, I'm going on a cruise in a couple of weeks and I;m hoping to be down another dress size by then. All I have to lose is 3-5lbs a week for the next couple of weeks.
The way things are going, I just might make it. Yeah me! :)
On the other hand, if I don't, no big deal. I know as long as I'm doing the right things, my health is improving. I'm getting stronger and I'll live longer (providing I don't get hit by a bus lol) Life is good! soon to be great!!!!
