Back on my diet. Gotta hit 160lb

Working out 4 days a week but havnt ate enough. Now im between 3000 and 3500 calories! This should work
67.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
