I have to say, I am feeling a little better this morning because I actually ate a breakfast. Even if it took about 1/3 of my calories that I am setting my daily limit at... I think I might raise it. As I get into during circuit training (Hope to be starting in a little over a week, for 3 times a week), I think I might need to actually have more than what I want to have with a sedentary lifestyle.
