I did not, I repeat did NOT feel like doing my workout routine! I'm glad I did but I almost didn't. Then I thought but everyone will see you didn't today. So that was the push. Thank goodness for this site! And why is it hard to match up some workouts on here? I need a few more choices. I have to admit I'm so happy I got up and did it. I would of felt awful about myself tonight if I didn't.

Isn't that great motivation!! I always think "What would my FS buddies think if I just decide to eat this whole bag of chips??" and then I reach for a clementine or something instead.. haha.. Glad you did your workout! I guarantee that you will never regret a workout after you do it.. (barring any horrible injuries of course..) :)

I have to say this is the first time I have ever logged everything I put in my mouth let alone made it public. FS buddies I have to say are the best from any other program I've done and what makes it better is it's FREE! LOVING IT!

YAY!! I'm proud that you went ahead and did it even though you didn't feel like it!! I was right there with you, after work i really didn't want to but i did. Doesn't it make you feel really great about yourself after a workout? :)

Isn't it crazy how strangers that you have never met before and can only contact you by writing on your journal can hold you accountable. Way to make yourself get it done! Something we all struggle with!
