I'm fairly sure its all the "junk" I ate last week, including a rare trip to dairy queen. Back on track this week!
114.5 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your ok.. :) You have a great mind set.. I am glad you are right back at it.. We all deserve something good once and a while.. It is a good way to reset your system for another weight loss. :) I have a day where I do eat one item that I have been wanting.. :) I am doing Low carb, it's been 22 days now.. I am down 22 lbs.. I was recently diagnosed with type two diabetes, so I decided to go low carb to keep sugars down.. I feel like a million bucks and no pain what so ever in my joints.. :) I am going to live like this forever.. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how I feel. :)
