I made all good choices yesterday without depriving myself of any lagniappe (sugar free Jell-O with Redi-Whip topped with pecans). When I woke up and wanted to go on a scavenger hunt for chocolate I considered my goal and remember the disappointment after a slip. Therefore, I consumed more water and went back to sleep. So according to my friend little steps make big difference. I have fulfilled 2 days of my commitment to make the right choices and have no slips. Twelve days to go and then I will set up a new goal. Now, I must think of a self deserving reward, once I fulfill my commitment.

One day at a time, you can do it. To me a reward for sticking to my plan is what I see on the scale. I am totally jazzed to see lower numbers, to feel better in my clothes and know that I am getting healthier. Best reward in my opinion. Keep following your commitment, it's a good one.

Nowadays rewards for myself are usually clothes. I have become quite the clothes hog. Something I have never been before this WOE. Good job on staying with it.

Thank you Gigi39; I am hoping that the number will motivate me to point that I want to see how many days I can go without a slip. However, I don't want to look into the future I am grounded to look at one day one goal. Again, thanks for the comment and the support; it really does mean a lot!!!
