Went to the gym yesterday and did a short workout. On top of shoveling snow, I am getting plenty of lifting done! Tracking well but not planning well - working on it though. Dancing tonight - usually good for 6000 steps on the fitbit.
Getting back into it - I have a long weekend and will focus on getting my house ready for the winter.
I have a scale that measures body fat, supposedly. I have been 33% body fat forever - I mean, when I weighed 30 pounds less than I do now, the scale said 33%. So I am not sure how that works, unless I have gained a lot of muscle! Haha. I don't think so. But watching what I eat and exercising has helped me lose over 20 pounds in the last 8 months, so I am keeping on with that plan.
